Nature Trail

This morning the 3 of us decided to get out and enjoy the beautiful (yet VERY hot) day! We packed up and headed to a nature trail that is pretty close to our house. We like the area because it's very shaded and has a lot of ponds- Shane is always wanting to go fishing there! We walked the trails, checked out the ponds, fed the ducks, played on the playground, & then ate lunch at Chick-fil-A!

And we're off...


There were a lot of squirrels on the trail that were fun to watch. Then we found this little guy- a baby tarantula.. I hated even taking pictures of him! EWWW!
