Trip to the zoo

We headed to the zoo this morning since Daddy was still on vacation & it was half-price day! We got there right at 10am when it opened (along with all 100 school buses full of students on field trips.) It really wasn't that bad- we went straight to the back & worked our way to the front... so we stayed clear of the crowds. Around noon we stopped and ate our picnic lunch at a table in the shade & then headed home around 1pm (for nap time!) We had a great time & I feel like Austin enjoyed it just as much as last year! Looking forward to our next trip!
